The Pilates Method
Pilates, originally known as "Contrology," is an innovative exercise system created by Joseph Pilates. This unique modality emphasizes the harmonious coordination of mind, body, and spirit, promoting control in every movement. Each workout engages the entire body, fostering length, strength, and stability. By embracing this approach, practitioners develop better alignment, improved posture, and enhanced flexibility, allowing for strength in a wider range of motion while maintaining the integrity of their biomechanics.
